Tempered Glass is the glass with compressive stress on the surface ,called:Reinforced glass, safety glass. It is the ordinary flat glass in the heating furnace heated to close to glass softening temperature (600 DEG C), through its deformation eliminate internal stress, and then removed from the glass heating furnace, then long nozzle high pressure cold air blowing to the both sides of the glass to the rapid and uniform cooling to room temperature, can be made to toughened glass. The glass in the internal tension and external pressure should stress. Once local breakage occurs stress release, glass was broken into numerous small, these small pieces no sharp edges and corners, not easy to hurt.
